As soon as Trump announced the quar­an­tine, (the school) Basis imme­di­ate­ly sent an email stat­ing that after the hol­i­days, stu­dents would not need to return to school, as online learn­ing would be orga­nized instead.

Arrival for the 7th Time

I left home urgent­ly, prepar­ing in just 3 days. The chil­dren learned that a new law was passed in the states stat­ing that with a Green Card, one can­not be absent from the coun­try for more than six months from the last stay, or it might be can­celed at the border.

While work­ing in the store, I formed the opin­ion that Amer­i­cans are very tol­er­ant towards peo­ple who speak Eng­lish poor­ly. Per­haps it’s because there are so many immi­grants here, or maybe it’s just out of polite­ness that they don’t pay much attention.
